How to proove to my mom i'm mature enough for a sugar glider?

I'm 16 and I wanna start working for money for I can get a sugar glider.I saw one in a pet store and it seemed to really like me cuz it came out when i came and no one else. it was afraid of everyone else and it just looked at me with its eyes. anyways when I was little i was to immature and i grew up and i know i'm more mature how can I proove to my mom i'm more mature
