What do girls like about a guy?

Well, I know obviously girls like a good lookin guy, as do both es. But what are other things they like? Personaloty counts aswell, but what kind, does that depend on the girl, or are there somethings most girla like? Ive found some strange likes like for example making bullies look bad when they try to bully you and they fail. So please, enlighten me.
