If i sell 500 items at �1.50 each on ebay using paypal, how much money will paypal take off me?

So i was looking into it and it says they take 20p per transaction + A commission rate, so does that mean they will take 500 x 20p (�100) + commission or they will just take the 20p off the whole amount i sell? I am going to do it in one auction as a buy it now with 500 products selling at �1.50 each, i have already taken into account the money eBay will take.
