I was charged twice for flowers from "Fromyouflowers",but never got my money back?

When I called the company they said my transaction was cancelled & sent back,but it never came.I called my bank which is acct now,they said it would take 6 days for them to try & get back my money. The point is that I was severly inconvenienced by proflowers & Metabank. P.S.this was all on my wife's bday so I couldn't take her out or give her anything, I starved for 6 days,& had no gas. What happened?Why can't I get my money back immediate?
