Why is my bank account missing a transaction?

I bought a headset last week and it updated and everything but the next day my money was refunded and the transaction disappeared like I never placed it but the headset still came in. 6 days later and the money is still there but I'm afraid if I spend a dollar of it, the system will update or something and charge me overdraft fees. What's going on? (Chase btw)
