What if Im 1 week late and am having alot of pregnancy symptoms and 2 tests have come up negative?

Hi so Im getting concerned because I am apx 1 week late for my period and am having alot of nausea, slight cramping, slight lower back pain, peeing alot more often, and alot of fatigue but I have taken 2 HPT and they have both come up negative?? I have read a few examples of women who said that sometimes it takes 2 weeks for the HcG to show up, but I am very confused and concerned because I would think that with all these symptoms that my test would be positive. Any advise or similar stories would be greatly appreciated. This would be my first child and I am 29 if that helps any. Thank You so much!!!!
