PSN "welcome back" problem HELP!!?

ok i know that the requirements to this special deal is to register a psn account before 20th april, which i am most certain that i did, but i simply cant locate the welcome back option at the top left in psn store. i also tried the alternative which is Account Management>Transaction Management>Services List but unfortunately no "SCEA Promotion" , it jus says " no content was found". plz i am in need of an istance. and while ur at it, i hope u could tell me how to recall the registry date of my psn account, just to make sure. thx in advance .
