How should i do my make up in 6th grade?

my cousin is going into 6th grade and is just starting to wear alot of makeup. Her mom allows her to wear it dark,but not like some emo rock chick that wears it totally black. Like dark as in not two strips of lipgloss and junk. But anyway. I would like some ideas for her. she def. needs foundation and stuff so include that too. Just give me some ideas on what she should wear, ex: Eyeliner,pink lipgloss, ect. Pictures may also help. But mainly just what i gave u an example of. Thanls alot. (:
