In your opinion, could I accomplish this?

I am an eighteen-year-old moderately attractive, skinny female who only has minimal experience in acting and performing but I LOVE it, I did not get to try out for a play because my family had money issues, but now I know what I was missing. I want to act and sing SO bad it hurts. I love being able to portray human joy and sorrows. I think that, if I were to become an actress, I would be involved in as many charaties as possible and start my own. (Ofcourse, I know that I should help people now regardless of fame and I do). I want to be looked up and I want to set a good example. I want to be the actress who does not get surgery or spray tan or spend a thousand dollars on a dress just because it's the grammys. Anyways, in your opinion, do you think that, by my ambition, and for the reasons I want it, I could actually become an actress?
