Is it safe to give a foreign company your paypal transaction ID?
I recently made a purchase from englishtaobao and since the package is taking forever to show and they do not respond to any of my questions I was thinking of getting a refund however they are asking for my paypal transaction ID. Is it safe to give it to them?
