Is there a website where you can post experiences?

I know there are hundreds of social networks like Facebook, Twitter and many others, but is there a website besides these where there is a live stream of chat or a blog that anyone can post any experiences which they are having without signing up (literally any experiences)? For example, a personal anecdote about when someone was ironing. etc.
