My newborn is 3days old n I need help tryin to establish a sleeping petern?

I really need to figure out a sleep plan that works for both of us his dad goes bak to work tuesday n with him workin I will not be able to get any rest he sleeps in his glider during the day but at night he fusses n fights he wants to sleep with us but I'm not comfortable with that
