What is wrong with my samsung intercept?

My cell phone is recieving text messages really late. And when I do recieve them they are coming at wrong time. For example..I recieve it at 2:20, and it's posted 1:51, and then they go way out of order from the way they were sent. I have done factory reset 3 times now. Then, If i recieve a phone call it takes a minute for my cell phone to ring, and then i hang up and recieve a missed call and my late texts messages, Anyone know what's going on?
