What would you Rate my Spider-Man 4 Idea on a scale of 1 to 5?

I think that's pretty good I give it a 4. I think it might be to soon for Carnage, but it could work still. I don't think it is necessary for J.J. to see Peter's face to recruit Scorpion. I liked how you set it up for a Mac Gargan Venom too. The whole Shield thing would be cool too, nice to see Spidey as an Avenger but to tie in with the Iron Man movies if Peter knew who Tony was after his public announcement would be better.
