Can I call the bank about these transactions?

I bought these windowsresetpword products online because I forgot the pword to one of my computers. I bought one product and found out that I needed the other product to reset the computer's pword so basically I bought the wrong product. I tried both of them on my computer and none of them worked. There is no customer service number for windowsresetpassword, only an email address. However,on the support link of their website,they talk about refunds saying that you can email them about a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchases and that within 30 days they will help you refund the purchases. It takes 3-7 business days to refund the money after the request refund is approved. Is it possible for my bank to do something about it?Like make them give me a refund sooner?I really need my money back.
