PayPal Security question?

I have been using PayPal for many months now and when I choose to withdraw money into my bank account it sends me an automatic message to my email address. Every time the sender name 'paypal' had a little green shield next to it in the inbox which means trusted user. My last email did not have this. However the transaction ID in that email matches the ID that is on my paypal account. Should I be worried?
