Can I file a claim on this transaction?

Someone living in this house used my debit card without my permission. I know they live with me because I walked in my room with my computer on and my card that was missing all of a sudden reappears on my bed. I don't know who did it because a lot of people live here. If I make a claim,and the purchase was made on my computer, will I be the one in trouble?
