CVS rewards. If I get a CVS card can I do 2 transactions at one time?

I wanted to buy all the products I need with the card and a few coupons that do have cash rewards. I wanted to divide my purchases into 2 transactions so I could take advantage of the rewards on the 2nd transaction. I dont want to try and be turned down. Can I do this?
