Is bygamer.com a scam?

I've purchased Star Craft 2 at bygamer.com for 56.99$ and they still haven't answered me. I tried contacting them via email,but noone responded. I've googled a bit,and most of the reviews are positive,but I haven't gotten any sort of confirmation they've recieved my transaction,or anything like that. Did anyone have a similiar problem?
